"Aodaru" refers to the giant ice pillars that appear on the steep cliffs deep in the mountains of Fukuji. The water that falls along the rock walls freezes into icicles, appearing to hang down in a blue hue, hence the name "Aodaru". To allow tourists to enjoy the "Aodaru", which can usually only be seen deep in the mountains, it is recreated and illuminated in the hot spring town. Enjoy the blue-white glow of the Aodaru during the day and the fantastically illuminated Aodaru at night.

Details: The back of the Aodaru, which is usually not visible, will be illuminated. You can see the magnificent appearance of the Aodaru up close.
From February 9 to 11 (from 8:30 PM), there will be a performance of the local folk art "Henbetori".
