"Aodaru" refers to a giant ice pillar that appears on the cliffs deep in the mountains of Fukuchi.
Water flowing down the rock face freezes to form an ice pillar, and because it appears to hang down in a blue color, it is called "Aodaru" (blue hanging).
We recreate and light up the "Aodaru" that can normally only be seen deep in the mountains so that visitors can also enjoy it in the hot spring town.
Please enjoy both the pale blue glowing Aodaru during the day and the fantastically lit-up Aodaru at night.
